Rehearsals April 7th and April 12th

Sunday, April 7th

• 1:30 - 4:00pm Rehearsal of entire show with principals only. (Needed: Dorothy, Toto, Scarecrow, Tin Man, Lion, Uncle Henry, Auntie Em, Glinda, The Wicked Witch, Miss Gulch, Professor/Oz, Doorman to Emerald City)

Friday, April 12th (during Parent-Teacher meetings)

• 12:15pm -3:30pm Rehearse full show with entire cast. We will serve lunch before the rehearsal (Pizza, water and cookies. If you prefer something different you are welcome to bring your own lunch)

Rehearsals for Remainder of March

Here's the schedule for the rest of this week and next week. We found out that Dr. Phillips High School shifted their audition times this coming Wednesday and some of our 8th graders will be auditioning for the theater magnet program there. So we are not going to hold practice then, but we'll combine this with our Sunday plans to keep the momentum going.

These are our last rehearsals before Easter/Spring Break. We will be back on April 7.

Reminder for Tomorrow

Sunday 3/10 in the Parish Life Center

1:30 - 2 pm PARENT MEETING for all Cast

We will have a brief meeting to discuss costumes, upcoming schedule, volunteers, program ads and more. Please try to attend. If we have asked you to provide a green Ozian costume, please bring what you have so we can review it with you.

1:30 - 5:00 - Cast Call

Dorothy, Lion, TIn Man, Scarecrow, Munchkins, Jitterbugs, Ozians, Oz Gatekeeper

Remember to bring a snack and something to do!

 

If your child is not scheduled for rehearsal on Sunday it might still be helpful for you to come for the parent meeting.

Please note that all principals must be off script for Act 2 by March 24th.

Crew Call

We need 6 (Six) students to help clear the stage and paint set pieces this Saturday (3/9/13) from 9am to noon in the PLC.  If you are interested, please sign up with Ms. Sell-Dane in the art room tomorrow.  Thanks.
