Another Great Sunday - More Found Items

Our players had another wonderful rehearsal Sunday.  We ran thru the entire first half of the show (which is more like 3/4 of the show).  They remembered most of their dance numbers, had most of their lines down, and behaved very well.

For Wednesday Mrs. Montz and Mrs. Beu will be running the show (I have a project deadline for Friday) and will practice the Caucus Race number, and perhaps a few other numbers for reinforcement.  Look for Pam's email soon for her Call List and times for Wednesday.

We also found several items after everyone left the PLC: A) A black Orlando Magic shoulder belonging to Jordan Groover, B) A Teal "Aero Call" bag with school clothes, skort, shirt & shoes, and C) a cool thermoplastic striped drinking cup w/ integrated straw.  All potential owners can retrieve said item from the school's front office.

Time is getting short - remember, by next Sunday, you all have to be off-book!  Learn your lines and practice the songs.

Another Friday Conflict - Must Cancel

OK, I've got a conflict for rehearsal for Friday so I have to cancel.  Fortunately this should only affect 3 performers (not so fortunate for them - sorry).  But the good news is, they are doing very well anyway - I was just trying to jump a little ahead.

So, no call for Friday.

But remember - ALL cast & crew Sunday, 2:30p~5:30p and it may run 'til 6pm.

I need 2 parent volunteers for Sunday.  Please reply to this message if you can volunteer, I will then select 2 and notify then of the lucky selection.

Also, I will be announcing the Crew Schedule Monday night for all times we need the crew to attend.

Mrs. Sell-Dane is in need of 16 Crew Members for Saturday from11am to 2pm.  Those interested should sign-up with Mrs. Sell-Dane tomorrow (Friday) in the Art Room.

MASTER SCHEDULE

Zip-A-Dee-Do-AHH! Rehearsal!

Another wonderful rehearsal echoed through the hallowed walls of the PLC today as the Beus whipped the kids into shape for the Zip-A-Dee-Do-Dah! number. The kids were attentive and enthralled - they performed well and put on a fine display of footwork. Thank you to all who helped keep the place organized and assisted in the number's design. We also had a great Tech-Meeting to discuss the show's costumes, sets, lighting, and props. Get ready for some crazy things to happen as the magicians wield their wands of inspiration. And yes, we WILL be using streamer-cannon again this year - and yes, Sister Dorothy gets to set one off after the last show :-)

CALL SHEET - Sunday, March 11

For this Sunday we will be rehearsing the big pre-intermission "Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah"number.  This is big number to rehearse, if you cannot make it to this practice, we cannot let you perform in this number at the show - please attend if you want to be in the big show-stopper!  If you are a main character and unable to attend or might be late - contact me right away so I can shuffle what I can.
