Lots of New Rehearsal Info

Hi Everyone.

Great rehearsals today.   To update you on Thursday night’s performance for the Oration Contest:

·        Meeting time 7:00pm

·        Meeting location: Music Rehearsal Room behind the stage; please use the backstage door at the loading dock to enter.

·        Our performance time will be after the eight speeches.  For this reason, we need to plan to be there until about 9:00pm.

·        Your costume:  We anticipate having the Beauty and the Beast Tee-shirts early this week.  Mrs. Montz will distribute them at school as soon as she has them.  Please wear a (non-shredded) pair of blue jeans with your Cast/Crew Tee-Shirt.

PLAY REHEARSALS THIS WEEK: (*Please note we have added additional time and days to get caught up!)

Wednesday 4/6/11

·        When: 2:30-4:30pm

·        Where: PLC Theater

·        What: “Human Again” Blocking

·        Who:  Belle, Lumiere, Cogsworth, Mrs. Potts, Chip, Madame, Babette (Beast can come at 4:00pm)

·        4:30-7:00pm

·        What: Block Scene 11 (ending after Beauty and the Beast, pages 103 to 105), and Scene 13, including “Home Reprise” and “Finale”

·        Who:  Belle, Beast, Lumiere, Cogsworth, Mrs. Potts, Chip, Madame, Babette, (Lefou and Gaston come at 5pm)

Friday, 4/8/11

·        When: 3:00-5:00pm

·        Where: PLC Theater

·        What: Blocking for Scenes 2, 8, 10, 12

·        Who:  Belle, Beast, Monsieur D’Arque (Mac), Gaston, Lefou, The Four Narrators, Maurice,  The Wolves (Abby Kranich, Nicole Budel, Alex Alatriste, Meredith Popper)

Sunday, 4/10/11

·        When: 1:30-5:00pm

·        Where: PLC Theater

·        Run ALL of Act 1  (Prologue through Scene 7)  WE WILL RUN THIS WITHOUT SCRIPTS, SO PLEASE COME PREPARED!!

·        Who:  ALL CAST MEMBERS
