"Alice in Wonderland" for all to revel. Anyone not reveling will dealt with severely.
All interested in auditioning as jesters, sidekicks, minions, and the ilk should prepare a short monologue, song, dance, or skit for the amusement of the Queen's advocates. We will announce the days of the auditions when we feel like it, so be alert!
And remember - always keep track of the time... and watch out for the rabbit hole.

As a Mom whith absolutely no drama experience (except in my private life) I was wondering about auditions. How long should audition be? Should the children chose a "part" that they are intersted in? Should the skit be from Alice in Wonderland, Jr? Should they select a speciatly like singing, dancing or speaking, or incorporate all? Thanks Curtis
ReplyDeleteMy apologies for the long reply delay... I've been stuck in a rabbit hole: Auditions should be 2 minutes long; a song, a dance, and monolog all work to show talent and enthusiasm. We'll be announcing the date and time of auditions tomorrow.
Deleteim trying out for one of the flowers, so i was wondering, am i still only allowed to do one thing? like i want to sing and act but the post says u can sing dance or act no all three or more than one. also am i supossed to sing a song that is for my part or any song?
ReplyDeleteJulianna - please prepare a 2 minute performance of a song, dance, or monolog. We have lots of Wonderlandians trying out, so we only have so much time... I mean so little time (just ask the White Rabbit). We look forward to seeing you at the auditions, we announce them tomorrow.
